1-Year Warranty

✨ZEMINES Jewelry wants you to enjoy wearing your jewelry as much as we enjoy making it! We want you to feel confident about your purchase and be completely worry-free. Therefore, our products are independently appraised and come with a one-year warranty.

Your jewelry is protected from the original date of purchase by a one-year limited warranty. If the jewelry proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use within the first year, we will replace the item with the same or a comparable product free of charge.

Customers will be responsible for a $6.99 shipping fee for addresses within the United States. For all other addresses outside the United States, customers will be responsible for an $8.99 shipping fee.

The ZEMINES Jewelry One Year Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not purchased from ZEMINES. The warranty does not cover improper handling or storage of the jewelry, negligence, accidents, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

The warranty is only valid for ZEMINES products sold by ZEMINES Jewelry. We sincerely apologize if your jewelry requires any replacement.
